I was surrounded by an incredible mix of talents—from agency professionals and schoolteachers to motion designers and even someone transitioning from a career in finance. Despite our varied paths, we were all united by a shared drive to think differently and create. It reminded me that creativity isn’t limited to a specific field—it’s universal, and in my work at Deloitte, it’s just as crucial.

My most memorable moment? Discovering just how much-untapped creativity I had. Once I overcame my fear of failure, AWARD School gave me the space to let go of self-doubt. It showed me that creativity isn’t about striving for perfection—it’s about courage, experimentation, and finding solutions you didn’t know existed.
